Delivery

The tags are usually engraved and shipped within 24 hours after we receive your payment. Average delivery time is 5 to 7 days.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling, and postage. They may contain a fixed price and a variable price based on the value or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items into one order, as we cannot group two distinct orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package will be dispatched with special care to protect fragile products, and the risk of loss or damage remains with us until the package is delivered to you.

Transport insurance is included with oversized packaging.
